Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Assisting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care.
Implementing personalized Plan of Care (POC) goals.
Providing life skills training and behavioral support.
Facilitating community engagement and social activities.
Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Relevant experience in caregiving or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Must possess valid CPR/First Aid certification and a clear background check. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor are essential.

Schedule Expectations

We offer flexible shift options including day, evening, and weekend rotations to meet the non-traditional needs of our clients. Specific hours are determined by the individual's Plan of Care and service requirements within the Eastern Virginia area.
